Location & getting there
Where is Flora Boutique Hotel?
In the centre of Borovets — Bulgaria’s oldest ski resort, in the Rila Mountains — about 50 metres from the Yastrebets gondola. Address: Borovets Resort, 2010 Borovets, Bulgaria.
How far is Borovets from Sofia?
About 70 km, or roughly 1 hour 15 minutes by car via Samokov. Sofia Airport (SOF) is the nearest international airport.
Is Flora a ski-in/ski-out hotel?
The hotel is about 50 m from the Yastrebets gondola with ski-out access, and has a ski room with individual lockers, so you can walk to the lift in boots.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is included in every rate. Please let us know your arrival time if you need a space reserved.
Is Flora Boutique Hotel the same as “Hotel Flora” in Borovets?
No. Flora Boutique Hotel is a separate 5-star boutique hotel with 17 suites, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. It is not the older Hotel Flora / Flora Apartments complex in Borovets.

How many rooms does the hotel have?
17 suites in five types: Deluxe Suite with Terrace (7), Deluxe Suite – Park View (5), Wellness Suite with private sauna (3), Prestige Chalet (1) and Mountain Luxury Apartment (1). Most suites sleep up to 4 guests. See all suites.
How much does a night at Flora cost?
Winter 2026/27 rates start from €350 per suite per night (Deluxe Suite – Park View, Sunday–Thursday) and go up to €580 for the Mountain Luxury Apartment on Friday–Saturday. Summer/autumn 2026 starts from €250. Current rates.
What is included in the rate?
Breakfast (buffet plus premium à la carte dishes), the spa with jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared sauna and steam bath, the indoor swimming pool and gym, Wi-Fi, parking, tourist tax and VAT.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes — 10% off for 4 or more nights and 15% off for 7 or more nights. Single occupancy is 20% less than the suite rate.
Which suites have a private sauna or a fireplace?
The Wellness Suite and Wellness Suite with Terrace have their own sauna. The Prestige Chalet and the Mountain Luxury Apartment have a fireplace, two rooms and a terrace.
Do you have an accessible suite?
Yes, suite 214 (Deluxe Suite – Park View) is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please mention it when booking.
Spa & dining
Is the spa adults only?
Yes. The top-floor spa with indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath is for adults only. It is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and is included in every stay. The indoor swimming pool and gym are open to all guests. About the spa.
Can I book a massage?

What is ROOTS Restaurant & Bar?
The hotel’s restaurant, open daily 12:00–23:00: modern, seasonal Bulgarian cuisine from local produce by Chef Veselin Kalev, a tasting menu with wine pairing, a lobby bar with fireplace and grand piano and a year-round garden. Table reservations: +359 750 90023. ROOTS.
Is there room service?
Yes, ROOTS serves a seasonal room service menu to the suites. Room service menu.
Policies & booking
Do you accept children?
The hotel welcomes guests aged 10 and over. The spa is for adults only; the indoor swimming pool and gym are open to all guests.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — dogs and cats up to 3 kg (larger on request), one per suite, for €30 per night. A pet bed, bowls and amenities are provided. Please tell us when booking, as pet-friendly suites are limited.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00. Reception is open 24 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% prepayment is due within 5 days of confirmation and the balance on arrival. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival; later cancellations or early departure are charged two nights.
Do you have Christmas and New Year packages?
Yes — Christmas 2026 with a festive dinner by Chef Kalev on 25 December (minimum 2 nights) and New Year 2027 with an Alpine gala dinner, live music and New Year brunch (minimum 3 nights).
