Welcome to the Flora Boutique Hotel
where you will delight in a small, charming hotel and experience a quiet and peaceful stay in Phnom Penh.

The Flora Boutique Hotel was built in 2014 by a Cambodian lady named Somaly to provide a fresh, garden-like setting to tourists in Phnom Penh. It was renovated in 2016 by Mr. Khan, and now it is surrounded by beautiful Khmer flowers like malis, bopha, orchids and jasmine that cascade over a floral inspired wrought-iron fence: an oasis of blossoms amidst a local Khmer neighborhood.

The conveniently located Flora Boutique Hotel is approximately 100 meters from the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum, a museum in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, chronicling the Cambodian genocide. The site is a former highschool which was used as the notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21) by the Khmer Rouge regime from its rise to power in 1975 to its fall in 1979.  The property has a small courtyard garden and easily accessible from our hotel are the popular shopping destinations such as the Russian Market, Central Market and other Phnom Penh tourist spots such as the Royal Palace, Riverside promenade, and both upscale and casual restaurants.

There are 9 guest rooms in the main house.  Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and one deluxe twin room has a balcony or spacious deck. We provide our guests with white, fresh towels, clean linens, fragrant-smelling toiletries, safety deposit box and a writing table.

Guests wake up each morning to the beauty of blossoming flowers in the courtyard and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. We serve a full, hot breakfast from 7:00-10:00 A.M. at individual tables in our sunny breakfast garden area -- your choice of either scrambled eggs or the daily special set menu.

Each morning we also give an option of coffee, juice, seasonal fruits for our guests.
